The bridge connecting Al Hale Road to the financial center will open on Friday

UAE / Dubai News: RTA reports that the bridge will open on Friday, stretching from Al Hale Road to Financial Center Street, built by RTA in coordination with Emaar Properties.

The contractor completed all the finishing works in preparation for the opening of the bridge.

The existing road has been expanded by adding two 480-meter lanes to provide a direct flow of traffic along the Dubai-Al-Ayn Road to Al-Hale Road through the upper part of the Financial Center.

The project will facilitate the movement of vehicles on the streets of the Financial Center and at the intersections of Mohammad Bin Rashid Boulevard. It will also increase the capacity of the road to 4,500 vehicles per hour during peak hours, and ease the load on the existing road network.

Mattar Al Tayer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, said: “The project includes the construction of a two-lane one-way bridge with a length of 1,270 meters and a width of 11 to 15 meters.
