The artificial island of Sweden near Dubai will be completed by the end of this year.

On the island of Sweden there will be 10 villas with 8 Scandinavian-style rooms. Bentley Home is working on architecture and house design.

Earlier, Josef Kleindist, CEO of the Kleindienst Group, announced his plans to build 12 hotels at the Heart of Europe project. The first hotel will be opened in October of this year.

“The heart of Europe” is one of the largest and unique projects that has been built in recent years in the UAE. The resort is located on the 6 artificial islands of the Mir archipelago, 4 km off the coast of Dubai.
