When canceling excursions to theme parks, water parks, dinner-cruise, hot air balloon flight, and raising to the Burj Khalifa, money is not refundable.
if the order is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, a refund will not be given.
If you cancel the order less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, the penalty will be 50% of the cost.
In case of non-use of the excursion services of the company, the funds are non-refundable.
The company has the right to unilaterally change the time of the excursion, for better service.
The company has the right to cancel the reservation if a customer doesn't pay the tour.
All tours are subject to availability.
Excursions may vary during the holy month of Ramadan.
