New Dubai or «City under the roof»

«Mall of the World» - is part of a large-scale project «City under the roof». In addition to the shopping center, «under the roof» will house an entire civilization: hundreds of hotels, 7-kilometer walkways, theaters, several circuses, a park, health institutions and even its own Oxford Street.

The roof of the city will be a special glass dome, inside it will be full air conditioning, which helps to maintain a stable and comfortable temperature all year round.

According to forecasts, the new shopping center will be visited by up to 180 million people annually. Completion of construction works and opening of the mall are scheduled for 2020.
